The grapes for the Malbec Catena Zapata come from a meticulous selection of the best lots of the family vineyards. these vineyards are cultivated manually, so that they produce very low yields. The wine is aged for 24 months in new French oak. This wine is made in very little quantities.
This exquisite wine has a deep and intensive violet color. Its aroma remits to cassis, mocha, clove and marked earthy notes.
So… what do you think of this wine!? Have you ever try it? I think it’s ideal for a typical Argentinean “asado” after a long day of wingshooting!
